1- From Paris to Albuquerque via Salt Lake City

Between two worlds, after soaring over the clouds from Paris to Salt Lake City, and as the plane was descending the land appeared really foreign, rivers, mountains, frozen lakes, immensely sprawling cities because there is so much space.

Then there had been Salt Lake City/Albuquerque at sunset. Since I was seated East, red sky flooding in through the opposite windows later, and the night towards the end of the flight, bright spots, gold pink, looking more like camp fires than lights of villages.

Blurred vision before landing, Albuquerque all lit up and pushing back the darkness against the night.
